Krka National Park (Croatian: Nacionalni park Krka) is one of the Croatian national parks, named after the river Krka (ancient Greek: Kyrikos) that it encloses. It is located along the middle-lower course of the Krka River in central Dalmatia, in Šibenik-Knin county, downstream Miljevci area, and just a few kilometers northeast of the city of Šibenik. It was formed to protect the Krka River and is intended primarily for scientific, cultural, educational, recreational, and tourism activities. It is the seventh national park in Croatia and was proclaimed a national park in 1985.

Situated in the coastal Dalmatia, Split is the second-largest city in Croatia. It is located under Marjan, a hill overlooking the city. Its 1700-year-old rich history dates back to ancient times when Roman Emperor Diocletian decided to build his Palace right on the peninsula near Salona, another Roman city, where he wished to spend his last years of life. Both Palace and the historical core of Split have been part of UNESCO's World Heritage List since 1979. There are many restaurants, taverns, wine bars and cheese bars where you can enjoy a feast of local dishes. Do you have lots of energy? Visit Bačvice, a famous beach where you can go for a swim or play “picigin”, a 100-year-old ball game, with locals. If you want to pray, visit the Cathedral of Saint Domnius, city’s patron saint. Fancy a coffee? No problem! Just go to the promenade (Riva) and pick a seat in some of the thrusting cafes and restaurants. This is where all the greatest events in Split are held, like the Split carnival, a celebration dedicated to St. Domnius. And if you're lucky, you could meet one of the many famous athletes, such as handball player Ivano Balic, high jumper Blanka Vlasic, swimmer Durdica Bjedov, basketball players Toni Kukoc and Dino Rada, footballers Aljosa Asanovic and Slaven Bilic, as well as the legend of Croatian tennis Goran Ivanisevic, and many more. Everyone here is famous, and the people are very friendly and easy-going.

Old Bridge Area of the Old City of Mostar The historic town of Mostar, spanning a deep valley of the Neretva River, developed in the 15th and 16th centuries as an Ottoman frontier town and during the Austro-Hungarian period in the 19th and 20th centuries. Mostar has long been known for its old Turkish houses and Old Bridge, Stari Most, after which it is named. In the 1990s conflict, however, most of the historic town and the Old Bridge, designed by the renowned architect Sinan, was destroyed. The Old Bridge was recently rebuilt and many of the edifices in the Old Town have been restored or rebuilt with the contribution of an international scientific committee established by UNESCO. The Old Bridge area, with its pre-Ottoman, eastern Ottoman, Mediterranean and western European architectural features, is an outstanding example of a multicultural urban settlement. The reconstructed Old Bridge and Old City of Mostar is a symbol of reconciliation, international co-operation and of the coexistence of diverse cultural, ethnic and religious communities. The Walls of Ston (Croatian: Stonske zidine) are a series of defensive stone walls, originally more than 7 kilometres (4.3 mi) long, that surrounded and protected the city of Ston, in Dalmatia, part of the Republic of Ragusa, in what is now southern Croatia. Their construction was begun in 1358. On the Field Gate of the Walls (Poljska vrata) there is a Latin inscription which dates from 1506. Today, it is one of the longest preserved fortification systems in the world. The Walls of Ston were known as the "European Great Wall of China". Kravice waterfalls, a natural phenomenon created by the Trebižat river.

Located in southern Herzegovina, Medjugorje is famous for being one of the most important Catholic pilgrimage destinations in the world. The name of this wonderful town literally means "between mountains". Medjugorje became popular among believers, worldwide as well, due to apparitions of the Virgin Mary which were firstly seen by local children in 1981. However, it took a long time for the Vatican to recognize the apparitions and, on May 12th 2019, pilgrimages to Medjugorje were officially authorized. Today, Medjugorje is one of the most visited touristic place in Bosnia and Herzegovina, with around a million tourists visiting each year. One of the main attractions to visit is the Church of St. James. Built by the Bishop of Mostar Paškal Buconjić in 1892, it is the symbol of the Parish and the center of gatherings. Other attractions include Apparition Hill, where the first apparition in 1981 took place and the impressive 12-meter tall crucifix on the Križevac Mountain, which completes the Stations of the Cross. Medjugorje is also famous for being the birthplace of notable Croatian tennis players Marin Čilić and Ivan Dodig. After visiting Medjugorje, we will take you to Kravice waterfalls, a natural phenomenon created by the Trebižat river.

Perast is a coastal town set beneath hills in the long bay of Kotor, close to islets of St. George and Our Lady of the Rock (Gospa od Škrpjela). Our Lady of the Rocks is an artificial island made of rocks. Legend says it was made when one of the brothers who lived there was miraculously healed. Perast resembles a mosaic made up of baroque buildings, including Saint Nicholas church on the main square and Bujović Palace, now a museum. Every summer, the Festival of Klapa songs is held in the town centre. After visiting wonderful and charming Perast, we are heading to the fortified town of Kotor. Natural and Cultural-Historical Region of Kotor is a UNESCO World Heritage Site due to its preserved medieval architecture, which was part of the Venetian Works of Defence between the 15th-17th centuries, harmonious natural integration and rich cultural history. There are many legends and stories about the town founding, one of which is especially interesting. According to this myth, a fairy named Alkima advised king Stefan Dusan to build his town by the sea instead of the surrounding hills, saying that “without the sea, there is no life for them”. Another legend, a Phoenician myth, says the town was founded after Argonauts had conquered the Golden Fleece. This beautiful town still holds remains of the Roman, Gothic and Baroque times. The most notable buildings, to name a few, are Cathedral of St. Tryphon which is the main symbol of the town; Pima Palace, unique for its Renaissance-Baroque architecture; Grgurina Palace, today's Navy Museum; Drago Palace, famous for its beautiful 15th-century Gothic windows, and many more.
